Reviews are moderated before publication. “Verified transaction” means the reviewer participated in a settled deal recorded by Mkhonto. Other experiences are labelled unverified. Ratings are opinions, not proof of stock, identity or financial standing.

Trading aliases protect confidential relationships. Mkhonto controls company and contact disclosure through reviewed introductions. Paid plans do not influence ratings or verification.

Review policy & how ratings work

Only describe an experience you personally had. Do not include private agreements, contact details, payment records, abusive language or unsupported allegations. Choose the trader’s buyer or seller role correctly. One review per signed-in account, trader and role is allowed; you can edit your review and it will return to moderation.

Each published review has equal weight in that role’s average, including unverified experiences. The number of verified transactions is displayed separately. Both positive and negative feedback are assessed under the same policy. Report concerns for private review; reporting alone does not remove a review. The reviewed organisation can submit a moderated response.
