Mkhonto Resources (Pty) Ltd is a South African resources company operating from Middelburg, Mpumalanga. Its activities may include mining support, bulk logistics coordination, mineral and commodity trading facilitation, commercial introductions and energy-related opportunities.

Unless expressly confirmed in a signed written agreement, the website does not itself appoint Mkhonto Resources, reserve transport, guarantee commodity supply, conclude a sale or create a binding brokerage, agency, partnership or investment relationship.

Any transaction involving minerals, commodities, transport, equipment, facilitation, commission, investment or services is subject to separate written terms, satisfactory due diligence, verification of authority and documents, availability, specification, pricing, payment security and all required legal and regulatory approvals.

If a signed commercial agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement governs that transaction to the extent of the conflict.

Users must conduct their own due diligence on counterparties, ownership, licences, permits, mineral rights, product origin, quality, quantities, vehicles, insurance, banking information, tax status and authority to transact.

A listing, introduction, logo, document, communication or reference on the website does not amount to endorsement or a warranty that any person, company, product, mine, transporter or opportunity is genuine, compliant or suitable.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
